The Imposter Roster: The Secret Lives of Capable Women

12 Years of Almost: Bekee Gibson on Betting on Yourself Before You Feel Ready

Episode Summary

Bekee Gibson spent twelve and a half years running Gibson Works LLC as a side gig — capable, proven, and never quite convinced she was enough to bet on herself full time. This year, at forty-nine, she stopped waiting. In this episode, Bekee talks about the quiet buildup to a very loud decision: what sobriety, AI, and a Pampered Chef mantra about ketchup all have to do with finally going all in on yourself.

Episode Notes

Bekee Gibson has been in tech since she was thirteen — the family's go-to for all things digital. She ran her agency job and Gibsonworks LLC, side by side for twelve and a half years before taking the leap to full-time solo practitioner this past September.
